Composite Fillings
What is a composite filling? It is a filling of the same color as the tooth and is hardened with a beam of light. It is secured to the tooth with special adhesives. This is an aesthetically pleasing and affordable treatment option. There are two different types: one for the front region of the mouth and one for the back. For this reason, this method can be applied easily to any tooth. Due to their structure, they are not as durable as porcelain fillings. Their color may change as result of coloring agents in substances such as tea or coffee. If coating is done properly, they will last for many years without chipping or cracking.
